Our Approach to Religious Education
We believe:
- That religious education is a lifelong process in which the individual is the ultimate authority on the nature of truth and meaning in their religious life.
- That wisdom is evident in many forms in the religious traditions of the world, in science, in philosophy, and in the natural world.
- That we are all teachers and learners in the quest for personal and community fulfillment.
- In promoting and practicing religious freedom, embracing diversity, and helping to create a more just and peaceful world.
- That our faith has its own unique identity, and as Unitarian Universalists, we are encouraged to further develop that identity both personally and as a faith community.
We promote:
- Love
- Caring
- Personal growth and learning
- Inclusiveness and acceptance
- Social responsibility
- Personal and religious freedom
- Peace and justice
We aim to:
- Nurture the development of individuals who can experience lives of integrity.
- Create and sustain a caring community.
- Help create a more peaceful, just, and loving world through our lives as individuals and as a faith community.

We ask that all children be registered by their fourth visit. Registration forms are available to download and print from the registration forms page, and at the church. Return forms via mail, fax or email to Rich Roberts.
