Yang Style Tai Chi is used to gently stimulate the internal organs, exercise the
body, calm the nervous system and loosen the joints. It may be done standing
or sitting. Tai Chi is for people of any age, requires no special equipment and
can be performed in ordinary street clothes. An art for peace of mind. For more
